Q: Do you offer products other than gold jewellery?
A: Yes. In addition to gold, we offer a wide variety of platinum, silver, and stainless steel jewellery. We also carry a wide variety of loose gemstones.
Q: Do you sell loose stones? I already found a perfect engagement ring setting and just need the centre stone.
A: We sure do. We have a huge selection of loose diamond and coloured stones in our showroom to ensure you find your dream stone.
Q: Do you have a showroom we can visit?
A: We no longer have a public showroom for you to visit and instead are delighted to offer a superior online experience with vast jewellery options and the same service levels you have come to expect.
Throughout the years, we had several stores across the GTA, including our flagship store in downtown Toronto. Our latest store was a large, beautiful showroom located at 55 Queen St. E. in downtown Toronto. We met with clients by appointment only.
Due to widespread client demand as well as other business factors, we recently decided to transition to become a virtual, e-commerce business. We still meet with some clients when necessary. By providing an e-commerce experience, we can now offer our clients many more options, and can now better serve all of Canada with beautiful jewellery.
Q: Do you buy used gold or platinum jewellery?
A: Yes. We offer very competitive rates for your used precious metal jewellery. We purchase the jewellery as scrap metal. Please contact us for a free no-obligation estimate. We can also re-work your old jewellery into newly designed pieces. It is best to send us an email with images and any specifications you may have, including copies of appraisals, for us to assess our interest and get back to you with an estimate.
