Jewellery Repairs by Advance Appointment

Jewellery repairs are accepted by confirmed advance appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or drop-offs without a confirmed appointment.

Appointments are held in downtown Toronto’s Jewellery District, near the Eaton Centre. Once your appointment has been confirmed, we will provide the exact meeting location along with the information you’ll need for your visit.

Please do not arrive at the building without a confirmed appointment, as we will not be able to accommodate unconfirmed visits or accept jewellery without prior arrangements.

How Our Jewellery Repair Process Works

1 — Tell Us About Your Repair

Email us with a brief description of the repair you require and include clear photographs of the jewellery and the area requiring attention. The more information you can provide, the better we’ll be able to understand the work that may be required.

2 — Receive a Preliminary Estimate

Based on the information and photographs provided, we’ll review your repair and provide a preliminary estimate where possible.

Because every piece of jewellery is different, preliminary estimates are based on the information available to us before physically inspecting the item. Certain repair requirements may only become apparent once the jewellery has been examined in person.

3 — Proceed With Your Repair & Schedule an Appointment

If you’d like to proceed based on the preliminary estimate, a 50% deposit toward the estimated repair cost is required. We’ll then arrange an appointment to receive and physically inspect your jewellery.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, we’ll provide the exact meeting location and appointment details. Meetings are held in downtown Toronto’s Jewellery District, near the Eaton Centre.

4 — Physical Inspection & Final Estimate

At your appointment, we’ll physically inspect your jewellery to confirm the work required and the final repair cost.

If the physical inspection results in an increase over the preliminary estimate, you are under no obligation to proceed. If you choose not to proceed because of the increased estimate, your deposit will be refunded in full.

5 — Approve Your Repair

Once the final estimate has been confirmed and approved, we’ll proceed with the repair.

Repair timelines vary depending on the type and complexity of the work required, as well as any replacement stones, components or other materials that may be needed. We’ll provide an estimated turnaround time once your jewellery has been assessed and the required work has been determined.

We’ll contact you when your jewellery is ready.
